1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in body shop and vehicle maintenance.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in the UAE (CV must include details of companies worked with).
3. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
4. Ability to manage and supervise 50-70 staff across denting, painting, PPF, detailing, carbon, and maintenance departments, including planning and delegating daily tasks.
5. Must ensure all operations are executed through the company's time-based system, with accurate daily tracking and recording of tasks.
6. Responsible for managing AK7's gate pass and delivery time system, maintaining strong coordination with service advisors to ensure timely car deliveries.
7. Daily work must be fully completed and closed before leaving for the day.
8. Age requirement: 28-38 years.
