Foreman : We are looking for a Foreman that has experience in automobile field and UAE experience with Certifications. Monitoring the workshop and Maintaining a good relationship with customers is key. l Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans l Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew l Allocate general and daily responsibilities l Supervise and train workers and tradespeople l Ensure manpower and resources are adequate l Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met l Supervise the use of machinery and equipment l Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget l Resolve problems when they arise l Report on progress to managers, engineers l Develop a work schedule for workers l Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors l Solve disputes between workers l Ensure that a project is adequately staffed l Assign tasks to construction workers l Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget l Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals l Manage and monitor members attendance and work l Adhere to relevant safety regulations l Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment l Monitor expenditures l Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues l Allocate and delegate responsibilities l Supervise, train and give feedback to workers l Ensure labor and other resources necessary l Prepare and present progress Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute:
