Automotive Floor Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise daily activities of technicians and mechanics on the service floor. Assign work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Inspect and test completed work for quality assurance. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians. Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness of the workshop. Communicate with service advisors and customers as needed regarding work status. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition. Train and mentor new technicians. Oversee assembly line or production floor staff. Monitor production schedules and workflows. Ensure adherence to quality control standards. Report any production delays or issues to upper management. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. Perform performance evaluations and support HR functions. Enforce occupational safety and health regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems. Leadership and team management. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment. Quality control and inspection abilities. Working knowledge of safety standardsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
