Automotive Aftersales Manager

Job Description
We are looking for energetic Aftersales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales operations including service, maintenance, spare parts, warranty, and customer service. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, maximizes customer satisfaction, improves retention, and drives profitability of the aftersales division while maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service center, spare parts, and warranty operations. Develop and implement aftersales strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality. Lead, train, and motivate the aftersales team. Monitor KPIs and achieve revenue & profit targets. Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business. 7-10 years' experience in automotive aftersales management. Strong knowledge of service operations & spare parts. Proven leadership and customer service skills. Experience in managing budgets.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
