evelop and update PLC programs (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) for equipment like pasteurizers and bottling lines.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance on automation systems.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
Support installation of new automated equipment.
Maintain cold chain systems (e.g., fridges at 3C).
Document programming changes and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
Qualifications :
Essential
: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field; PLC programming certification.Desirable
: Training in SCADA/HMI or food safety standards.Experience :
2-3 years in PLC programming, preferably in dairy, juice, or FMCG industries.
Skills :
Proficiency in PLC software (e.g., Siemens). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety and quality standards. Effective communication in a multicultural team. Ability to work flexible shifts and lift 25+ kg. Commitment to health and safety practices.
