• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in the creation of specifications and technical documentation for automation projects
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related issues
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of automated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and protocols throughout the project

What you Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of automation principles, control systems, and industrial processes
• Familiarity with the programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, Proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in excel formulas and Macros
• Familiarity with Operating systems (windows, Linux, virtual hardware, etc.)
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of robotics, mechatronics, and machine learning is a plus
• knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and technologies (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, etc.)
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge in network design and troubleshooting tools
