Job Description
Point to Point Metal Industries is seeking a
skilled AutoCAD Operator
to support our metal fabrication and signage projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate2D shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings
in coordination with project engineers and production teams.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
AutoCAD 2D drawings
for: Bollards, safety barriers, sign structures Metal fabrication items (SS, MS, Aluminum) Base plates, anchor bolts, concrete foundations Developshop drawings, GA drawings, and as-built drawings
Modify drawings based onclient / consultant comments
Coordinate withfabrication, production, and site teams
Ensure drawings comply withADM / DMT / client specifications
Maintain drawing records and revision controls Supportmaterial take-off (MTO)
when required. Diploma / ITI / Certification in Drafting or Civil / Mechanical field2-5 years UAE experience
preferred (metal fabrication / signage) Strong command ofAutoCAD (2D mandatory)
Structural steel & metal fabrication drawings Concrete foundation detailing Dimensions, tolerances, welding symbols Ability to readengineering and architectural drawings
Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work undertight project deadlines
Experience inbollards, manholes, safety barriers, and signage
Familiar withSS304 / SS316 / MS / Aluminum sections
Basic knowledge ofsite installation requirements
Experience withADM / ADQCC / consultant submissions
