Should be able to generate accurate 2D shop fit out layouts, elevations and sections.
Should be conversant in using HAP Heat Load Design Software, Duct Sizer and Pipe Sizer software.
Should be able to prepare Electrical DB Schedules as per local authority requirements.
Should be able to prepare Electrical ELV and LV drawings as per local authority requirements.
Should be able to prepare fire fighting drawings as per authority requirements.
Should be able to prepare Water supply and drainage drawings.
Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
Should be very conversant with AutoCAD 2D software.
Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
Should be able to take site measurements and able to convert them into accurate 2D drawings.
Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project manager, etc.
Should be able to do quantity take off for MEP work packages and collate the information in the form of a BOQ.
Should be conversant with good document control processes.
Should be aware about mall drawing submission requirements.

Job Requirements:

Should be AutoCad Qualified
Minimum 5 years preferably in Fitout environment. Experience in design of supermarkets will be an added advantage
Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
Good technical understanding of MEP domain
