Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for joinery and interior fit-out works, including furniture, fixtures, and custom woodwork.
Develop shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
Ensure drawings comply with client specifications, industry standards, and Dubai regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to incorporate changes and modifications.
Assist in material selection and detailing, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify dimensions and support project execution.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy in fabrication and installation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in joinery and fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong understanding of woodworking, joinery detailing, and material specifications.
Knowledge of UAE building codes, fit-out regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
