to join our Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
shop drawings, as-built drawings, and cutting lists
for interior fit-out and joinery works
Coordinate with
designers, project managers, and site engineers
to ensure drawings meet project specifications
Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and client/consultant feedback
Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for furniture, cabinetry, and interior elements
Ensure drawings comply with
Dubai authority standards and project requirements
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Support site teams with technical clarifications when required
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an AutoCAD Draftsman in
interior fit-out or joinery projects in Dubai
Proficiency in
AutoCAD (2D)
; knowledge of 3D software will be an advantage
Strong understanding of
interior detailing, materials, and finishes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings
Familiar with UAE construction standards and site coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design
Experience working with consultants and authority submissions
