Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
- Handle new customer and obtain his/her information and fill up Customer Registration Form and update CRM throughout the course
- Obtain appointment date for Surveyor from Sales Support for first visit and site Qualification Reports
- Provide the AutoCAD drawings based on the client's requirement.
- Monitor and follow up progress of each tasks and make sure it's delivered within time frame
- Coordinate with all stakeholder whenever required
- Maintain and achieve sales target as communicated by the Line Manager from time to time
- Advises customers by providing information on products
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Min. 2-4 years in UAE or GCC as AutoCad Designer
- Proficient in SketchUp or any other designing programs
- Any Degree/Diploma from a Recognized University
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
- Working knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Kitchen Cabinets and Residential Interiors will be an added advantage
All the employees are vaccinated and we are following the usage of safety masks in the premises with weekly sanitization activities. Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
