Autocad Design – Team Leader
Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in AutoCAD design, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of design standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate between different departments and clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the AutoCAD drafting team.
Develop and review detailed designs and drawings for projects.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients.
Ensure all designs meet project specifications, standards, and deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Maintain quality control of all drawings and designs.
