White Rabit Auto Electrical Repairs LLC is currently seeking a
qualified and experienced Auto Mechanic/Foreman
to lead and manage daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage and guide a team of technicians to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of workshop staff and technicians.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and manuals.
Ensure repairs and services are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
Conduct quality control checks on all completed mechanical work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and workshop protocols.
Provide guidance, training, and support to junior technicians as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a workshop foreman or senior mechanic.
Strong knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical/electrical repair techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively in
Hindi and English
(Arabic is an advantage).
UAE experience preferred.
