We are one of the Leading Approved Sales Channel Partner for EmiratesNBD.

Currently, we are hiring for the Relationship Officers for Auto Loan Sales Team.

The role will include onboarding new customers for Auto loans and Used Car Dealership to generate business. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.

Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.

Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.

Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience in

Auto Loan Sales in UAE.

Ability to identify potential Used Car Dealers and targeted companies

Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Skill Set :

Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills

Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Qualification: Any graduate
