to join our premium multi-brand workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and air-conditioning systems across a wide range of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, ECU, alternators, batteries, and sensors.
Inspect, service, and repair automotive air-conditioning systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, climate control units, etc.).
Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Calibrate, reprogram, and test electronic control modules as required.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and A/C systems.
Accurately record and report diagnostic findings, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and manufacturer repair guidelines.
Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on latest automotive electrical and A/C technologies.
Requirements
Education/Qualification:
Diploma/ITI in Automobile Electrical, A/C Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Auto Electrician and A/C Technician, preferably in a multi-brand or premium automotive workshop.
Strong knowledge of European, American, and Asian vehicle brands.
Proficiency in using diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and other electrical testing tools.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Skilled in refrigerant handling, leak detection, and A/C system servicing.
Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
