Informing the Team Leader of any problems with the machinery or work interruptions due to additional jobs, non-availability of spare parts, or inability to meet deadlines.
Proper, correct & economical use of all workshop materials, tools, equipment and working clothes and informing the Team Leader of any defects.
Returning warranty parts to Clerk after cleaning & tagging them.
Ensuring disposal of waste and garbage according to the guidelines laid down for protecting the environment.
Abiding by regulations relating to safety at work and report any breach of rules to the Team Leader.
Putting forward his suggestions to improve work quality etc.
Working flexible hours depending on the work load.
Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction by providing quality repair service.
Support overall objectives of the department.
Encourage & maintain a high level of team sprit within the department.
Communicates ideas and plans with clarity and purpose driven by company values and the Department's vision.
Attend, participate and contribute at team meetings.
Manage personal time schedule and productivity.
Maintain the highest levels of product knowledge & competitive products, personal development& integrity, quality standards and business ethics.
Takes the initiative and suggestions to improve quality and standard.
