We need skilled Auto Denter to perform repairs, replacements, and other alterations to the exteriors of motor vehicles, should be able to operate all pertinent equipment with ease.

Responsibilities

Carrying out repair work on the body/frame of the vehicle Removing major/minor dents from the body Repairing the vehicle body and chassis component Carrying out repairs for metal corrosion on the structural panel Assisting the Body Specialist in denting-related jobs Complete all vehicle body panel & work up to the standard of the manufacturer Repairs damage to metal body work on vehicles and forms replacement vehicle panels Remove damaged panels and parts or removes upholstery and accessories to gain access Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as automotive denter in UAE is mandatory. Knowledge of different tools like wrenches, welding equipment, hand tools, metal cutting guns, etc. and their usage Knowledge of various welding techniques like spot welding, tungsten arc welding, etc. Familiar with appropriate tools required for structural repairs Knowledge of procedures for the measurement of length, depth, angles, etc. Familiar with the procedure for the routine adjustment of measuring equipment Knowledge of how to repair and fix the temporarily attached body parts like doors, bumper, etc. Familiar with various cleaning agents/sprays like de-waxing, detergents, etc. Good communication skills. Ability to work standing or in a crouched position for long periods. Ability to distinguish subtle color variations.
