Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Ensuring that the assigned body repair jobs are executed in line with standard operational procedures and specifications of MC, timing and housekeeping standards so that overall objectives in terms of productivity and quality are being met or exceeded. Advising management prior to fitting any major body parts outside the norm for routine servicing/repair. Obtaining technical information from the Workshop Controller on problem jobs. Adhering strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by management. Ensuring time started and completed are entered on Repair Order. Possessing a complete set of tools, as per requirements, and maintaining in good working order. Placing all replaced body parts in proper location and disposing all waste materials appropriately. Any relevant ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Management.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

S.S.C./Trade Certificate/Vocational Training. 2-3 year experience as denting/body repair experience within a reputable dealership/workshop. Ability to assist Team Leader / Service Advisor on proper repair order write-up. Ability to perform accurate diagnosis and repair procedures. * Strong team player, with the ability to produce excellent standards of work on a consistent basis.
