is looking forAuthorized Fire Life Safety Engineer (FLS)
inDoha, Qatar
Requirements:
Degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Authorized or certified by local Civil Defense.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fire and life safety systems.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations. Excellent coordination and documentation skills.Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve FLS designs and drawings in line with local civil defense requirements. Ensure compliance of fire alarm, fire fighting, emergency lighting, and smoke control systems. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for FLS approvals and inspections. Attend site inspections and ensure proper installation and commissioning of all FLS systems. Prepare and submit documentation required for authority approvals and certifications. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards.
