Job Description

Urgently looking for an

Authority Engineer

with solid experience dealing with UAE regulatory authorities, including but not limited to

DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, DCD, DEWA, DMC, Empower, RTA

,

du, Etisalat

,

RERA, etc

.

Minimum Requirement:

3 years of UAE experience in the same field.

Duties and responsibilities:



1- Responsible for coordinating and managing project submissions, approvals, permits, NOCs with government Authorities such as

DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, DCD, DEWA, DMC, Empower, du, Etisalat, RERA, etc.



2- Ensuring designs comply with local building codes.

3- Acting as a liaison between internal teams and Authorities.

4- Resolving technical queries.

5- Tracking submission progress, and providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

6- Coordinate and attend meetings and site inspections with regulatory authorities.

Requirement:



1- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architect

2- DM Classification is must

3- Minimum experience is 3 Years in the UAE

4- Strong knowledge and experience in online submissions portals (DM, DCD, DMC, RTA ...etc.
