Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with government and semi-government authorities for project submissions and approvals.
Handle documentation and approval processes for:
Dubai Municipality (DM)
Dubai Development Authority (DDA)
Trakhees
Nakheel
Dubai Civil Defense (DCD)
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)
Other relevant entities
Prepare, submit, and track drawings, documents, and NOC applications.
Ensure compliance with authority regulations and project timelines.
Provide support during project design and execution phases regarding authority requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Dubai.
Solid knowledge of authority regulations and approval procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
