Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Authority Architect Engineer with experience in navigating the authorization approval processes for all types of building in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obtaining approvals for architectural designs in compliance with local regulations, including those from Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC), Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), and Civil Defence.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Authority Engineering. In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards (Estidama). Strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
