Authority Approval: Possess in-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permit requirements related to fitout projects. Responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from relevant authorities, including municipalities, civil defense, and other governmental bodies. Compliance Management: Ensure that all fitout projects adhere to the approved plans, specifications, and legal requirements. Monitor project progress to verify compliance and address any discrepancies promptly. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit required documentation for fitout projects, including applications for approvals and permits. Maintain accurate records and reports related to approvals, inspections, and compliance status.
