Job Description
We are urgently looking for Authority Approval coordinator for Retail & F&B Fit out projects. Requirement: - 1. Candidate must have 2-4 years experience working with a Retail and F&B projected in UAE.
2. Deep knowledge about getting approval from Dubai municipality, Economic department, Civil defense, Land department, etc. .
3. Preferably Civil / Architecture background Candidates.
4. Must have UAE valid driving license
5. Able to join immediately.
6. Preferably Arabic speaking candidates.
7. Able to handle Emmar, MAF & Nakheel Projects. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Fit Out: 2 years (Preferred)
- English , Arabic , Hindi (Preferred)
- UAE D/L (Preferred)
