• Estimate the budget of project to execute having all consideration.
• Address the technical issues with Landlord and stakeholders as required for the project.
• Possess knowledge of authority regulations and procedures.
• Technically sound on materials and drawings.
• Should have knowledge on both civil and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare technical inputs for design as per site conditions .
• Submit and obtain approval from Landlord for design and site execution.
• Coordinate with Landlord and other stakeholder to facilitate the site works of project .
• Prepare the tender package making BOQ and full set of documents.
• Float the tender between contractors by tendering process and obtain quotes complying the requirements.
• Review/compare the quotes received on technical and commercial aspects to finalize the contractor.
• Do necessary Pre-Tender & Post tender clarifications with contractors.
• Appoint contractor after negotiation and finalizing with scope of work.
• Deal with Landlord to obtain necessary permit to start on site and execute the project.
• Ensure and manage the contractor on site activities as per the company standards and quality.
• Review site progress and materials used for the project by frequent site visits .
• Process the payment for contractor as per agreed payment terms evaluating site and project activities.
• Keep track of project timelines with contractor and Landlord.
• Review any variation/cost savings on the project as applicable with contractor and process it accordingly .
• Raise the purchase request on oracle and follow with purchase for Purchase order for all projects.
• Ensure the necessary authority approvals are obtained by the contractor and Administration team for the project.
• Have good communication skills with all stakeholders.

• Degree / Diploma in civil engineering/ interior fit out
• Experience working as Project coordinator in retail/ F&B fit out projects
• Very good communication skills
• Very good energy & enthusiasm
