We have recently awarded to provide detailed engineering services of terminal and other landside facilities of an iconic and futuristic Airport project. The project is located on Saudi’s west coast and is part of the larger Red Sea project and tourism development. Our scope also includes Technical Advisory services and interface management of various construction contracts. You will have the opportunities to submit a comprehensive Authority Approval Process clearly defining which authority will require what and when
during the course, of the detailed design for the Employer’s Approval. You will submit an authority permit/NOC/approval tracker and matrix of responsibility for all specialized stakeholders’management subconsultants to monitor progress of submissions for the Employer’s Approval. You will have the opportunity to participate in client meeting so that you can get a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements and brief which will allow you to successfully coordinate and manage the multi-disciplinary consulting teams. Here’s What You’ll Need:
As a successful candidate you will have a degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or equivalent. You will have experience in Aviation / Transportation Infrastructure Delivery. You should be specialized in stakeholder management and familiar with the requirements of GACA, MOI, MOD, NIC, NCM, SANS, MOMRA, Civil Defense, MOH, MOFA and other KSA stakeholders for Airport development and operations such as Saudia Airlines and Saudia Caterning.
