-Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with Dubai Authorities, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, DDA, NAKHEEL, TECOM, Civil Aviation and other relevant government departments.
- Discuss the projects with authorities' personnel and relate the requirements/comments to the concerned team.
- Review drawings & documents before submission
-Follow up all submissions during the Construction Phase up to issuance of the Building Completion Certificate.
-Must have worked with Engineering Consulting Companies.
-Education- (Bachelor in Architect is preferred)
