Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Kerala cuisine (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Plan daily menus and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Work with the team to ensure smooth food service operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Malayalam or South Indian Chef
.
Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala dishes.
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
