About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Auditor (Arabic Speaker)

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining financial records, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and risk management. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, auditing skills, and excellent communication in

Arabic

, with good proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

internal audits

to evaluate the effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls. Review and verify financial statements, transactions, and supporting documentation. Identify risks, irregularities, and non-compliance with policies and regulations. Assess the adequacy of internal controls and recommend improvements. Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risks, and actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with

local laws, IFRS, and internal policies

. Collaborate with accounting, finance, and management teams to resolve audit issues. Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit findings. Participate in external audit preparation and coordination. Stay updated with changes in accounting, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). Fluency in

Arabic

(spoken and written) and good command of English.

2+ years of experience

in auditing, accounting, or internal controls (Big 4 or consulting experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of

IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software

(ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo preferred). Experience with

audit tools

and data analytics (ACL, IDEA, or Power BI is an advantage). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under deadlines. Professional certifications (or progress toward) such as

CPA, CIA, ACCA, or CMA

are highly desirable.
