As an
Audit Coordination Leader
, you will oversee and drive the performance of our audit coordination activities within the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality service to clients, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, and support a team of Audit Coordinators to ensure high productivity and service quality.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support onboarding and skill development of new team members.
Audit Planning & Scheduling
Oversee audit schedule arrangements across the EMEA zone in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service planning, considering scope, timelines, and resource availability.
Escalate and resolve operational challenges to ensure service continuity.
Supplier & Auditor Relationship Management
Supervise the supplier onboarding process and ensure smooth operational setup.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, inspectors, and auditors.
Ensure teams provide timely support to field inspectors and auditors in day-to-day operations.
Resource Allocation & Optimization
Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise, location, and service type.
Optimize routing, work distribution, and transport costs across the region.
Implement data-driven decisions to improve scheduling efficiency.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMA's quality standards.
Identify recurring issues and implement corrective or preventive actions.
Contribute to operational enhancements, process improvements, and digital tool adoption.
Qualifications
It could be you, if you have:
Excellent communication skills in English/French.
A college degree or above, with major in Sciences, Business Administration, Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain.
A high level of motivation, polyvalence, and outstanding organization skills.
* Some experience in quality control, trading, or manufacturing.
