The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing, balance, speech, and communication disorders in both children and adults. This dual-role position requires expertise in both

audiology

and

speech-language pathology

, ensuring holistic care for patients with auditory and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Audiology:

Conduct diagnostic hearing and balance evaluations using audiometers, tympanometers, and other tools. Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend hearing aids or other assistive devices. Provide auditory rehabilitation and patient education. Collaborate with ENT specialists for integrated care.

Speech-Language Pathology:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Deliver speech therapy sessions and monitor patient progress. Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home practices. Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and/or Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid DHA License

as Audiologist or Speech Therapist (Mandatory). Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in both audiology and speech therapy. Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills across both disciplines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care abilities. Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
