Job Description

• Perform allocated repairs in accordance with Manufacturer's repair procedures to obtain high quality repairs
• Avoid waste of time to improve productivity
• Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition
• Attend training & self-study to improve skills & product knowledge
• Feedback to Team leader additional repair required to get customer/insurance approval.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area to assure a health & safe working environment.
• Follow vehicle's cleanliness cautions to obtain customer satisfaction
• Conduct work in safe manner by using suitable PPE required for the job and observing fire and safety regulations.
• Service Excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues and all company personnel.
• Perform other related duties as requested or required. Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
• Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined
• Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, giving tune-ups, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires
• Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings.
• Disassemble and reassemble parts.
• Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective
• Explain to clients their automotive problems and the repairs done on their vehicles.
• Support or give initial training to the new technician.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader or Workshop Manager.
• Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to plant and equipment.
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
