Job Description

A family in Dubai is seeking a warm, proactive, and engaging Au Pair to join their household and

support the care and daily routine of three young children ages 11 months, 6 and 8.

Job Details:

Full time Live-in or live-out position Working hours: 6:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 6 days per week

Role of the Au-Pair :



1. Support the morning routine, school preparation and assist with school drop-off for the

older children

2. Assist the mother with the care and daily routine of the 11 months old

3. The family employs a full-time housekeeper, so no heavy cleaning is required, only light

organization and tidiness related to the children

4. Plan and supervise creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities

5. Help with homework, reading practice, and after-school routines for the older children

6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play and study environment

7. Encourage positive behavior, manners, and independence

8. Communicate effectively with parents to ensure consistency in routines and

expectations

9. Provide occasional assistance during family outings

Job qualifications and prerequisites include:



Warm, patient, and responsible personality with strong interpersonal skills Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage daily routines independently Understanding of child development and engagement through play and learning Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of family privacy Excellent references from previous employers Energetic, positive, and capable of maintaining a structured yet nurturing environment

Must have Valid Documents required to travel to Europe whenever needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
