Job Opportunity: Nursery Coordinator- Doha, Qatar We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality early childhood education center in Doha, Qatar. Position: Nursery Coordinator Location: Doha, Qatar Start Date: Immediate Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

- Lead and support a team of early years educators and staff.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, fostering strong partnerships.

- Manage nursery budgets, resources, and enrollment.

- Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of care and education.

Requirements:

- BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years setting. - Strong knowledge of EYFS, Montessori, or similar curricula. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English - Knowledge of QataraEUR(TM)s Ministry of Education regulations is an advantage. - Single Applicants ONLY.
