ATM Managed Services Engineer is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the ATM machines. The following are the job duties and responsibilities of an ATM Managed Services Engineer:

ATM Managed Services Engineer is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the ATM machines. The following are the job duties and responsibilities of an ATM Managed Services Engineer:
- Monitor the performance of ATM machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with the ATM machines, which could include hardware, software, or connectivity problems.
- Conduct regular maintenance on ATM machines, including cleaning, updating software, and repairing or replacing parts.
- Provide support to end-users who may be experiencing issues with ATM machines.
- Ensure that all ATM machines are compliant with industry regulations and security standards.
- Monitor ATM-related metrics and produce reports on performance, uptime, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure that ATM machines are integrated into broader technology systems and processes.
- Maintain an inventory of ATM parts and supplies, and order new equipment as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures for managing ATM machines, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in ATM technology and operations.
Qualifications
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- 4-7 years of experience in ATM management or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, software development, and hardware maintenance.
