We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced

Assistant Sales Manager

to support our hotel's sales operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate

must have prior sales experience in Sharjah's hotel industry

, with a solid understanding of the local market and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in achieving room and revenue targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities. Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site inspections. Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns. Track market trends and competitor performance to help refine sales strategies. Prepare sales reports and maintain client records using the hotel's CRM system. Represent the hotel at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of hotel sales experience in Sharjah is mandatory.

Good knowledge of the Sharjah market including corporate, travel trade, and government sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE driving license is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
