Job Description
Our growing team is in search of an Assistant Sales Manager at least 1 to 2 years experience in Hotel Industryto join us on an intermediate basis. You will be responsible for handling the daily activities of the store. You will also be responsible for resolving customers' complaints and issues in a professional manner . Responsibilities
- Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
- Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
- Making sure the store is clean and tidy all the time.
- Providing training sessions to the new team members.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
- Attending meetings and daily standups.
- Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant in Hotel Industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Candidate must be in UAE.
- Hotel experience is a must.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Hotel Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Assistant Sales Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
