preferably with UAE Experience
Works side by side with the manager and runs the staff when the manager is not on duty.
Directs other employees through their daily routine and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience.
Acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction and provide excellent service to guests through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Make sure that employees perform variety of tasks from checking the stock supplies, serving, handling cash, credit card and cash register, bussing tables and counters, setting and resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.
Taking part in hiring the right candidate for the department.
Resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction
Have a thorough product knowledge of items served and ensure that guests are helped with their orders.
Provides leadership and direction to employees
Ensuring product quality and availability
Preparing and presenting employee reviews
Organize employee schedule
Ensure that health, safety and security rules are followed
Motivate employees and ensure focus on the mission
