Position Overview:
Responsible for supervising staff performance, handling guest concerns, monitoring inventory, and assisting in training and development of the team.
Requirements:
Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or in the F&B industry (minimum 2-5 years' experience) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge in staff scheduling, inventory, cost control, and customer service Excellent English communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
