Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Assistant Outlet Manager. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include;
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
Develop procedures in consultation with GM & implement them as required
Recommend & develop marketing strategies to improve sales & profitability
Ensure that all standards for food presentation, quality & quantity are met & monitored in cooperation with the Head Chef in order to provide & increase service standards.
Recommend & organize approved special events to attract customers within the guidelines of the operating facility.
Control wastage & contribute to cost-saving as instructed by the department.
Training and development of Outlet employees to function more efficiently.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position .
Computer skills in using MS Office applications & Micros
Proficient with local rules and regulations involving health and safety & HACCP
Available to join immediately
Female is preferable
