Our client, a leading advertising agency is looking for an on-site Assistant marketing Executive, who is detail oriented, understands the advertising industry, and has marketing experience as a plus.
Summary
The assistant marketing executive will support the team to plan and execute marketing projects and coordinate internal & external agenda. He/she is responsible for delivering daily tasks and supporting projects by coordinating and organizing materials.

The assistant marketing executive will support the team to plan and execute marketing projects and coordinate internal & external agenda. He/she is responsible for delivering daily tasks and supporting projects by coordinating and organizing materials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing/advertising projects working closely with each of the project managers.
- Highly organized schedules and documentation.
- Concurrently manages multiple tasks.
- Taking strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as creatives and developers.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other tools.
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
- Related experience in the digital marketing field will be an advantage.
- Mandatory to be proficient in English in both written and verbal communication, Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage projects and ability to work within given timeline.
