Job Description
The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and efficient staff coordination. The role includes supervising the team, managing inventory, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, assisting with scheduling, handling customer concerns, and supporting the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets. The Assistant Manager also acts as in-charge during the Manager's absence and helps maintain a positive work environment.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
