Job Description

Data Mining & Inventory Sourcing

Collect and maintain databases of: Available properties from developers, private sellers, banks, and portals Off-plan and ready inventory across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc. Track real-time updates on price reductions, inventory availability, and bulk sales Identify distressed assets, mortgage sales, or undervalued units for procurement

2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct regular market analysis on: Area-wise price trends, absorption rates, and rental yields Competitor broker activity, commission structures, and developer offers Upcoming launches, new master developments, and pipeline projects Prepare firm's pricing, inventory quality, and demand-supply reports

3. Developer & Partner Sourcing

Engage with developers, investment companies, and banks to source procurement deals Assist in evaluating proposals for sole-selling, fixed-unit allocation, and off-market deals Compile due diligence data for internal evaluation (pricing, title, RERA status, etc.)

4. Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on market trends, top-performing areas, and investment zones Support sales and leadership teams with customized data reports and forecasts Maintain master databases for inventory tracking, partner contact lists, and price comparisons

5. Digital & Platform Intelligence

Monitor real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, DXBinteract, etc.) for data mining Automate & streamline data gathering/bank Support the CRM and ERP teams with improved property data

Desired Profile:

Education:

Graduation in any discipline

Experience:

Minimum

3 years

in in real estate brokerage or property development.

Skills:

Real Estate Data Mining

- Sourcing listings from portals, agents, and developers

Market Research

- Price trends, area performance, and competitor benchmarking

o

Procurement Analysis

- Identifying distressed assets, off-market deals, and sole-selling leads

Tech Proficiency

- Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, CRM (Prop Space/Salesforce)

Reporting

- Creating dashboards, price comparisons, and weekly market reports

o

Communication

- Clear reporting and coordination with sales and sourcing teams

o

Attention to Detail

- Accurate data handling and organized inventory tracking

Additional Requirements:

Will be based out of Monarch Properties - UAE Office.

Fluency in
