Job Summary:

We are looking for a

motivated and reliable Assistant Chiller Technician

to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, hands-on experience in assisting maintenance work, and a willingness to learn from senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior chiller technicians with

routine maintenance and troubleshooting

of chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled). Help in the

inspection, cleaning, and replacement

of system components (filters, coils, pumps, etc.). Monitor and report any abnormal system behaviors or potential issues. Support in

system performance testing and calibration

under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment. Record service activities and follow the maintenance checklist as guided by supervisors. Follow company

health and safety policies

while working on-site.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge

of HVAC or refrigeration systems. Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar assistant/helper role. Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. Physically fit and comfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, or outdoor conditions. Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Mechanical (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience working in

Facilities Management

or HVAC service companies.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration systems: 1 year (Preferred) troubleshooting of chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled).: 1 year (Preferred) * (filters, coils, pumps, etc.: 1 year (Preferred)
