Job Description
:
Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity, product range, and target market Produce sketches and finalize visual concepts with detailed floor plans for display areas Source props, materials, and accessories needed for in-store and window displays Oversee the installation and setup of displays, including supervising external contractors if needed Refresh displays regularly to support product launches, promotions, or seasonal themes Ensure consistency of visual standards across all store locations Collaborate with key departments such as Buying, Marketing, and Retail Merchandising
Qualifications:
Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail; furniture retail experience is a strong advantage Strong communication and presentation skills Creative eye for design and attention to detail Willingness to relocate across different emirates as required
