Description
Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting deal evaluation and execution; a holistic approach, including and not limited to investment appraisal, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, forming recommendations and review of transaction documentsPerform the required due diligence, including financial and investment due diligenceSupport and develop relationships with third partiesContribute to the sourcing of new investment opportunitiesContribute to idea generation for the growth & scaling of portfolio businessesConduct research and assist in fund raising from international investorsPerform ad-hoc tasks, as required by the team, and contribute with ideas & actions across the wider business
Profile
3-6 years experience in investments/corporate finance in the real estate sector Candidate must be UAE basedCA qualified CFA qualified MBA is a plus
