Associate – Tax Advisory
Job Description
We're hiring two Associates to join our growing tax practice.
Experience: 0-3 years in tax, audit, or accounting
What you'll do:
UAE VAT compliance and advisory, Corporate Tax support, client deliverables, and research. You'll work directly with clients from day one - no hiding behind senior staff.
What we're looking for:
Strong technical foundation (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
Excel proficiency (real formulas, not copy-paste)
Genuine interest in tax - not just "need a job"
But more importantly - the personality:
We're a small team that punches above its weight. We need people who take ownership, not task-takers who wait to be directed. When something breaks, you fix it and then tell us. When you don't know something, you figure it out first, then ask. We don't do blame games. We do solutions.
