Associate - Tax Advisory (Corporate Taxes)

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in our tax advisory team for various aspects of tax services operations.

Responsibilities:

Work on corporate tax planning and compliance. Develop strategies for effective and efficient handling of direct taxes. Participate in projects on transfer pricing, including planning, documentation, and dispute resolution. Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly. Work closely with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions. Take ownership of the timely delivery of client mandates, including the execution and review of team members' work Prepare and present reports and presentations for clients Participate in client meetings, providing insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to lead and grow in the tax advisory industry A qualified tax professional or licensed accountant or pursuing with 1 to 2 years of experience in Direct taxes Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy Experience in successfully delivering client mandates within specified timelines Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly to clients and stakeholders
