Supply Chain Associate
Accountabilities
This role will require robust experience in a broad range of Supply Chain processes and close cross-functional collaboration to successfully ensure uninterrupted supply of products to patients in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for end to end order cycle: receipt, entry, importation and invoicing of purchase orders in SAP and locally
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation
  • Up to date with latest importation requirements and proactively work with relevant teams to ensure timely implementation and compliance
  • Responsible to ensure timely delivery to end accounts of Finished Goods inventory in the required specs through successful follow up with distributors & sales teams
  • Assume ownership of Finished Goods inventory in market ensuring adequate shelf-life and minimal inventory scrap due to demand variations
  • Support partners in quotations to end customers and through Marketplace
  • Responsible to accurately reconcile stock levels on monthly basis by market channel and price
  • Keep track and provide visibility to multiple stakeholders on in market order status – quoted, received, invoicing and delivered
  • Accurately report sales and stock levels by product and distributor cross-functionally

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of directly related experience.
  • Fluent in English
  • The candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Supply Chain processes
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, or knowledge by experience in these areas with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience in the start-up and/or product launches in a pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical company.
  • GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles ERP expertise in Planning and Master Data management - experience preferred is SAP.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical market in Saudi Arabia

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Accurate and detail focused
  • Ability to work under minimal direction in a matrix environment and different cultures
  • Fluent in English

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to evaluate compliance issues
