We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to work on a new project in the Aviation industry with our client Riyadh Air.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimisation and proactive development of talent pools.
You must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment needs
Identify relevant channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are managed to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community
Partner with the recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches
Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions;
Be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness
Professional Experience
Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
Experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
Effective communication and listening skills
Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
Must have good written and communication skills in English and Arabic
